When Should I begin training at Zone Focused Sports Performance?
If you are looking to get in the best shape for you next sports season then the best time to start is about
10 weeks prior to the start of the season. If you are looking to elevate your performance levels because you are not at the
top of your game then you should get started right away.
What types of training do you offer?
We offer a basic conditioning program that is designed to start building the core movement patterns of the human body. We
have sport specific training programs to improve your performance in specific sports. We have in season training programs
that are designed to keep the athlete in top physical condition.
How many days a week do I have to train with
this program?
The core basic training program requires 2 training sessions per week for optimal
outcomes. Some athletes elect to train 3 times per week for a more intense workout and even better outcomes. The other programs
are custom designed for the individual athlete.
